What’s in my toiletry bag?

On trips away pre twins I would take a huge suitcase and more toiletries than shoes and clothes. I would have taken every serum I own ‘just in case’, two toners, two moisturisers and 3 cleansers. But since the twins arrival if we have had the odd night away from home I have had to learn to take as little stuff for me as possible as my suitcase is full of baby stuff instead! Nappies, spare clothes, teddy bears, bottles, dummies, baby sleeping bags, muslin cloths and water wipes fill my case leaving me space for one spare top, I can wear the same pair of jeans after all and a small wash bag.

My current toiletry bag was a freebie when you bought a couple of Clarins products quite a while ago but I really like it. A simple white bag that I would probably have paid for if it wasn’t for free. It’s not the biggest and sometimes I can’t close it but this time I promised myself if it doesn’t zip up then its not going in… Also I should probably mention this isn’t exactly for two weeks in a hotel, its just one night at my Mums so the boys can play in her garden while the suns out. Some people might even think what I’ve brought with me is quite a lot but for such a ‘beauty junkie’ this is positively sparse! I even found space to squeeze their toothbrushes in my wash bag, Mum of the Year over here!

  2. Hmm it looks like your blog ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any tips for newbie blog writers? I’d really appreciate it.
